Repairing worn valve bores can be nearly impossible on some valve bodies due to the lack of a pilot point for reamers. Instead of replacing the entire valve body, the patented Sonnax VB-FIX valve body reaming fixture offers a reliable solution. This self-aligning system creates a rigid, external guide for the reamer and alignment pin, making it possible to recondition bores with consistent, accurate results.

The unique design adapts to a wide range of valve body configurations, ensuring proper alignment for each application. Its large base plate offers the stability needed to support the valve body securely during reaming operations.

For larger pump bodies that do not fit the standard fixture base, Sonnax also offers the VB-06 Oversized Pump Base Plate, which makes it easy to mount and service oversized valve or pump bodies found in many passenger vehicles.

Note:
